We accept refund requests within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items are non-refundable, such as:

- Gift cards or downloadable content
- Items marked as "final sale"

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at thenumber1things@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and send you instructions on how to return the product (if applicable).
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, at your preference.
Please include clear images of the damaged or incorrect items to help expedite the process.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
